Due dates and reminders
Set a due date and learners get an enrolment email, a reminder before it is due and a notice when it is overdue.
Quizzes and certificates
Add a single-choice quiz with a pass mark. Learners who finish the course and pass receive a printable certificate with a public verification page.
Learner analytics
See enrolments, completion rate, average score and time, quiz pass rate and overdue learners, and export progress as CSV.
Categories
Organise courses by category and let learners search and filter their library.
Resume where you left off
Progress, score and bookmark are saved, so learners continue exactly where they stopped.
How it works
- Create a course with the eLearning Content Creator, or use a package you created earlier.
- Publish to the Academy, give it a title, category and optional due date, and choose who can see it.
- Learners sign in with a free EchoLearn360 account and find the course under My Learning.
- Follow progress on the Analytics page and send a reminder to anyone who has not finished.
Is it a full LMS?
The Academy is deliberately lightweight: it covers hosting, assignment, tracking, quizzes and certificates for the courses you create here. If you need learning paths, single sign-on or complex reporting, a full LMS may suit you better – and because courses are standard SCORM 1.2 packages, you can download them and upload them there.
