How to narrate a PowerPoint with AI voices

If your talk already lives in the speaker notes, you do not need a microphone. Turn the notes into natural narration, then use it in a video, a course or inside the presentation itself.

Route 2 in detail: notes to audio files

  1. Extract the notes. Upload the presentation to the Notes Extractor. You receive a Word document with a “Slide N” heading followed by that slide's notes.
  2. Edit if you like. Improve wording, translate it, or fix numbers and abbreviations while it is still a Word document.
  3. Process the transcript. The Transcript Processor removes the “Slide N” lines and joins each slide's notes into one paragraph, so 20 slides give exactly 20 paragraphs. Slides without notes can keep a placeholder so numbering stays aligned.
  4. Generate the audio. Upload the processed document to Batch Audio, choose a voice and MP3 or WAV, and download the ZIP of numbered audio files.
  5. Use the files. Drop audio_1 on slide 1, audio_2 on slide 2 and so on in your video editor or presentation tool.
