Turn a Word document into one audio file per paragraph
Upload a .docx script and get a ZIP of numbered audio files – MP3 or WAV – each with a pause at the start and end. Perfect for narrating a slide deck, a manual or a multi-part course.
How it works
- Write your script in Word. Put each piece of narration in its own paragraph – every paragraph becomes one audio file.
- Upload the .docx and choose a voice and the format: MP3 (small files that play everywhere) or WAV (uncompressed).
- Download the ZIP. The files are numbered in order (audio_1, audio_2 …) so they are easy to match to slides or sections.
Each clip gets a short pause at the start and end, which makes it easier to drop clips into a video or presentation without clipped starts.
Start from a PowerPoint
If your script lives in a presentation's speaker notes, three tools get it ready for Batch Audio:
Notes Extractor
Pulls the speaker notes out of a PowerPoint into a Word document, slide by slide.
Transcript Processor
Removes the “Slide N” lines and joins each slide's notes into one paragraph, so 20 slides give a document with 20 paragraphs.
PPT with Audio
Adds the narration to the slides of your own presentation so you can keep working in PowerPoint.
Good to know
- One Batch Audio conversion counts as one audio generation on your plan, however many paragraphs the document contains.
- Blank paragraphs are skipped. The Transcript Processor can insert a placeholder for slides with no notes so numbering still matches your slides.
- Only .docx files are supported.
