Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EchoLearn360 ("EchoLearn360", "we", "us"), including the Instant Audio, Batch Audio, eLearning Content Creator and EchoLearn Academy features. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must give a valid email address and confirm it with the code we send. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be able to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you use EchoLearn360 for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
2. What the service does
EchoLearn360 turns the text, documents and presentations you upload into audio files, narrated courses and course packages, and lets you host and share courses with other EchoLearn360 users. Features, voices and limits may change as the product develops.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything you create with it. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
- You promise that you have the right to use the text, slides, images and other material you upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
- Text you submit for audio is sent to a third-party text-to-speech service to create the audio (see the Privacy Policy). Do not submit content you are not allowed to share with such a service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content, to impersonate others, to attack or overload the service, to resell it without our written agreement, or to bypass plan limits.
5. Plans, payment and limits
- Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are bought for 30 days at the price shown on the plans page, in Indian rupees. They do not renew automatically; you choose when to pay again, and we send a reminder before a plan ends.
- Each plan includes the number of audio generations and eLearning conversions listed on the plans page. Hosting your courses in the Academy is included with paid plans. Allowances start again when you renew.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout or on your receipt.
- Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. Enterprise terms are agreed separately.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated files are kept for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy), so download what you need. We may update these terms; when we make an important change we will notify you through the service or by email.
7. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other users.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.
